Writing Competition - Who would you most like to interview?

When I heard about the Typecast competition, it really appealed to me..Just who would I love to interview? As my head filled with inspirational women from the world science, medicine, sports & literacy my thoughts were brought to a screeching halt as my 4 year old son appeared from his camp and did yet another run and leap on me.

That's it I thought...I need to interview a babysitter but who would be up to the job..Super Nanny maybe? well she gets results but is she flamboyant enough for my son?. JK Rowling then she could read a good bed time story that's for sure...indeed but would my son really tidy up his room if she was reading...No this had to be someone who could be serious but charismatic, protect him from danger yet thrive on it. In my mind there was only one person for the job..

Step forward..Daniel Craig

So Daniel...no pressure but how do you feel about looking after a very cheeky 4 year old boy?

Q1)  My first question, is more of a demonstration..Please join me in the garden where I will be testing you on your stunt abilities in particular the back garden trampoline, retrieving footballs from various locations and demonstrating your have the rescue skills needed to retrieve a trusty comforter which takes the form of a small blue elephant.

Q2)  How easy is it to fit a child seat into a Bond Car?

Q3)  Have you got the technology to prevent my son clicking on the App Store application on a mini Ipad and trying to download  yet more Mickey Mouse games?

Q4)  Here are the ingredients for a banana and berry smoothie please can you demonstrate your smoothie making skills ensuring that it is of course shaken not stirred.

and finally...Here is an array of water pistols, Velcro darts and sponge balls these will be the essential tools to the job. You must defend yourself using only one of these items which do you choose?

I see you have chosen the Velcro darts, I congratulate you on a good choice.

I'm pleased to say you have proved you have all the skills needed for the job of babysitting my young son.

Congratulations  & Good Luck!
